Shipping

Order are filled within 24-48 hours.  Shipping is via UPS ground (3 to 5 days).

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of receipt.  Please include a note explaining the reason for your return.  Please call before making a return. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be postage paid.  The product must be in unused condition.  If a credit is to be applied it will generally be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
